BANKING ACCESS:
Access
to On-Line Banking is FREE for all consumer accounts, provided
you have access to the Internet and have a current Web browser.
On-Line
Banking will allow you to do the following:
- View account
balances
- View account
history
- Print on screen account history
- Transfer
money between accounts
- Pay bills*
- Export history
to personal finance software such as Quicken or MS Money
- Request
stop payments*
- Purchase
savings bonds
* Fees may
apply. Refer to the fees listed below.
BILL-PAY:
Customers
with personal accounts will have a 90 day free trial period for
Bill-Pay from the date they enroll for On-Line Banking.
- Use bill
pay to pay bills electronically, saving on the cost of postage,
envelopes, checks and address return labels.
- After the
initial 90 day trial period, the cost is just $4.95 per month
for up to 15 payments. That's less than the cost of a
postage stamp per payment.
- After your
first 15 payments, any payment thereafter is just $.30 each.
That's a substantial savings on the cost of adding a stamp and
mailing a payment yourself. And you'll never run out of stamps!
- Stop Bill-Payment Fee: $25.00
STOP
PAYMENT REQUEST:
Now
you can complete a stop payment request for a check issued against
your account or an ACH draft that is deducted automatically from
your account, on-line. There is substantial risk to the bank in
honoring your stop payment request, for which the fee is $25.00
per stop payment item.

MANAGEMENT SERVICES:
No
one will appreciate the advantages of On-Line Banking more than
our small business customers. The Cash/Business Management capabilities
that On-Line Banking offers are superior. We have tiered the pricing
so that this service can benefit anyone, from the largest to the

- BASIC BUSINESS MANAGEMENT PLUS BILL-PAY - View and
Transfer Capabilities Plus Electronic Bill-Pay: $4.95/month includes
15 Bill-Pays per month. Bill-Pays over 15 per month are just $0.30
each. (Less than the cost of mailing it out yourself.)
- FULL BUSINESS MANAGEMENT - Access All Services Available
Plus Electronic Bill-Pay: $20/month (includes 15 Bill-Pays/month).
Bill-Pays over 15 per month are just $0.30 each. (Less than the
cost of mailing it out yourself.)
- PAYROLL/DIRECT DEPOSIT FEE: This feature will allow
business customers to set up and manage direct deposit of payroll
for employees, with ability to import batches in ASCII format.
There is a monthly charge of $15.00 for this service plus $
.10 per transaction fee.
- ACH PAYMENTS, ACH RECEIPTS, ACH COLLECTIONS AND TAX PAYMENT
FEES: There is a $1.00 fee per transaction for ACH Payments
issued, ACH Receipts and ACH Collections generated or any Federal
Tax Payments transmitted electronically.
WIRE
TRANSFER:
If
you've ever had to wire money, you know the benefits of this feature.
Funds can be wired from your account to another account at another
financial institution, almost anywhere in the United States, with
instant availability of funds. For this service, there is a $15.00
fee per wire transfer.
